Itinerary

Day 1:From Fes to the Blue Walls of Chefchaouen

Your Moroccan journey begins as you depart the cultural heart of Fes, heading north through the rolling hills of the Rif Mountains. The landscape softens into green valleys and hidden villages before revealing the breathtaking Chefchaouen, a city dipped in every shade of blue. Explore its dreamy medina, wander through quaint alleys, and enjoy the relaxed rhythm of life in the mountains. Overnight in a traditional riad, where the evening air carries the scent of mint and mountain breeze.

Day 2 :Ancient Stones & Imperial Streets: Chefchaouen to Meknes via Volubilis

After breakfast, travel south to discover the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, where mosaic floors and crumbling arches whisper stories of a once-thriving empire. Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities, known for its massive gates and royal stables. Stroll through the historic medina, visit Bab Mansour, and enjoy the contrast between ancient tradition and modern energy. Overnight in a charming riad within Meknes’ historic quarter.

Day 3 :Into the Desert: Meknes to Merzouga

Today’s journey takes you through a dramatic transition of scenery—from fertile valleys to the rocky Middle Atlas and into the open expanse of the desert. Pass through Azrou’s cedar forests, home to Barbary macaques, and the mountain town of Midelt before descending through the palm-filled Ziz Valley. By late afternoon, the dunes of Erg Chebbi rise before you. Settle in at your desert lodge or riad on the edge of Merzouga, preparing for your Sahara adventure.

Day 4:Dunes, Drums & Desert Roads: Merzouga to Dades Gorges

Catch a magical sunrise over the dunes, then begin your westward journey. Stop at the spectacular Todra Gorges, where towering canyon walls form a natural cathedral of stone. From there, travel through the legendary Dades Valley, also known as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs.” Wind through rock formations, earth-colored villages, and lush oases. Spend the night in a cozy guesthouse nestled among the cliffs of the Dades Gorges.

Day 5 :Kasbahs to the Red City: Dades Gorges to Marrakech

After breakfast, follow the scenic Route of the Thousand Kasbahs, stopping at the cinematic Ouarzazate and the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou—a fortress-like ksar frozen in time. Cross the majestic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, winding through the High Atlas Mountains. As you descend, the landscape changes again—until finally, the red walls of Marrakech greet you. Overnight in a traditional riad near the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa square.

Day 6:Departure Day

Your Moroccan experience ends with breakfast at your riad. Depending on your flight or next destination, enjoy some last-minute shopping, a relaxed hammam visit, or a peaceful morning walk through Marrakech’s hidden corners. Departure transfer can be arranged to the airport or onward destination.
